About This Experience

The most magical way to meet the penguins is from the water. From Simon's Town harbour we launch tandem sea-kayaks - no experience required - and paddle along the False Bay coast past the Boulders penguin colony. You'll often see seals, sunfish and the occasional bottlenose dolphin. Back on land we drive the Chapman's Peak route on the way home for that final cinematic Cape Peninsula moment. A short, lyrical, completely different way to experience the cape.
